1074 B Street, Hayward (next door to Buffalo Bill's)
Guests are welcome.
Janiene Langford, right, with (L to R) Edward Mora, Mayor Barbara Halliday, Assemblymember Bill Quirk, and CSU East Bay President Leroy Morishita

A distinguished member of Hayward Rotary Club since 2015, Ms. Langford is manager of the CSU East Bay Institute for STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) Education. The Institute creates pathways to STEM higher education for high school students with the help of community partners. The "Heart of STEM" program was conceived and made possible through the network of service-minded people who form the membership of the Hayward Rotary Club. Ms. Langford's keynote address will traverse the myriad ways the membership of the Hayward Rotary Club makes impactful community programs possible. Members and newcomers to Rotary alike won't want to miss this unforgettable glimpse into the future of education and community engagement in Hayward at our next keynote luncheon.
