A Castro Valley resident and proud mom of one CVH grad and Fulbright Scholar, Lori has returned to the business of small business with COLE, an AI solution to address a structural shift in how small businesses get discovered as algorithms, AI engines, platforms, and consumer search reshape patterns. COLE recovers lost leads, replies to after-hours inquiries, books appointments, and delivers a morning recap of everything that happened while you were away.
