  BOWMAN OUTSTANDING HAYWARD ROTARIAN AWARD!   We are thrilled to be 
 honoring Tom and look forward to a wonderful evening!   This special eve
 nt will be held on Monday\, April 13. It will begin with a Social hour at
  5:30 p.m. and dinner at 6:00 p.m. The OHR presentation will follow after
  dinner.   The cost for the event is $45.00 if prepaid or $50.00 at the d
