Hayward Mayor and Rotarian Mark Salinas will host the Annual Richard D. King Youth Speech Contest on Monday, Jan 30.
We will hear speeches from students shortlisted from Hayward schools. The winner will then go on to participate in the area finals, and may advance to regional and district finals. This year’s Speech Contest Finals is scheduled for April 29 at the District 5170 Conference. The theme is “Imagine Rotary.”
