Our keynote speaker is Michael J. Barrington.

Michael J. Barrington is healthcare CEO who has spent more than twenty years as a project consultant for international governments and NGO's. As a 'trouble shooter' for Rotary International, he travels all over the world reviewing and assessing major humanitarian projects.

Mr. Barrington has worked with many world charities: US AID, Oxfam, World health Organization, CAFOD, etc. and is considered to an expert in the field of humanitarian relief.

He has lived in West Africa for ten years and Latin America for five. He speaks fluent French, Spanish and good Portuguese as well as several African languages and has initiated, managed and monitored projects in more than 20 countries. 

Mr. Barrington will deliver a talk about his experiences in Africa provding humanitarian relief in Africa.
