The Hayward Rotary Club will meet next at noon on Monday, May 19, when Hayward Rotarian Steve Love and Noel Munivez of the Hayward Area Recreation and Park District, will discuss America’s fastest growing sport, pickleball. It is played in this country by 20 million people and has grown in popularity 300 percent in the last three years. Classes in the sport take up four pages in the HARD brochure.
