The Hayward Rotary Club will continue its patriotic themed-year on Monday, July 13, when it meets for lunch at 1074 B St. The program will be presented by Rotarian Ed Mullins, who had five members from his family tree participate in the American victory in 1781 at the decisive Battle of Cowpens in South Carolina.
