The fast growing development of all kinds of housing in Hayward will be a presentation the city's housing manager Christina Morales will give to the Hayward Rotary Club at its luncheon meeting Monday, March 10 at 1074 B St.
Morales has been the deputy director of development services for the city since May 2024. Before that she was Hayward's housing division manager for six years after spending 15 years with the city of Oakland in housing related positions.
