For decades, every third grade student in Hayward has received either a dictionary or their selection of books from the Hayward Rotary Club. Wednesday, Feb. 12, club members will be joined by community volunteers and students in high school Interact clubs to prepare packages of books for delivery to Hayward elementary schools.
